Becoming a Licensed Acupuncturist in 2015 was one of my proudest moments. It took three years of rigorous schooling, with classes, clinical's, and exams that felt like they would never end. To top it all off, four board exams... you read that correctly, four of them. Do you want to know something amazing? I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, because as proud as I was on that day, nothing beats seeing the growth and healing that I see in the people that I work with. I am constantly humbled by this amazing medicine and how profound it can be.
I created Vitality Acupuncture to be a space where you can embrace your own inner healing, and intentionally designed the treatments to help you manifest your best self along the way. If you spend more than 10 minutes with me, you will get a sense of how passionate I am about the work that I do. This stems from my own journey through illness and healing. I was first introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine, (TCM) when I was in my teens, and, like many of the people that come to see me now, I had been sick for a long time and nothing that I had previously tried was able to provide me with the relief I was desperately seeking. The best way that I can describe my experience at that time, was that the treatments I received provided a sense of clarity for me when the rest of my life felt like chaos and fog. This personal experience shifted the way that I view the body and how it can heal. Our bodies are absolutely breathtaking and capable of profound healing, it just takes the right combination of care to reach that potential.
Sometimes healing takes time, and it would be an absolute honor to partner with you along the way.
